Minutes: Shellfish Commission

Attending: Cecil Amos Doughty, Gary Ross, Bob Earnest; David Miller; absent Marianne Brenton

1. Claire told David that she canít make Monday night meetings; she has to work that night. Thursday night works for her. Resolved: move the meeting to Thursday nights. Next meeting is October 4 (and every two weeks thereafter until further notice). Bob will contact Joannie to see if the hall is available.
2. Cecil will talk with Leon regarding getting Don Card to our October 4^th meeting; hopefully weíll know this before David goes to the Selectboard meeting Wednesday night.
3. Cumberland preferred a survey in the fall, in the mornings; our preference is spring and afternoons (re work schedule) but weíll learn more from Mr. Card.
4. Closed areas: Claire is in charge of this; Cumberland used to maintain a map; Claire, will we be doing such a map in the future? Will it be posted?
